Cancellations: You may cancel without any penalty until five days before the seminar, after which a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged. Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of check-in. Cancellations must be received in writing and may be faxed to Vesticon at 503-230-0549. Refunds will not be given without prior written cancellation.

upscale AAA Four Diamond boutique hotel conveniently located
just minutes away from Disney World and 20 minutes from the
Orlando airport. Upon registration, Vesticon booked attendees'
rooms at a discounted rate of $129 per night for a traditional
king bed with a view of the lake.
